This unit began its activities in 2019 (1398 in the Persian calendar), and to date, over 100 projects of various scales have been successfully managed and supervised under its direction. Leveraging diverse project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid, the department has effectively met the unique needs of different projects. Years of experience in software project execution, combined with internationally recognized certifications such as PMP and PMI-ACP held by the office leadership, ensure a high standard of project management quality. Hemend’s PMO plays a vital role in achieving the organization’s strategic goals through meticulous planning, effective control, and optimal resource utilization.
